diabetes
sam asked:

My grandma is about 70 years old and has diabetes and a sugar problem. For a couple months now she has been starting to get some veryyy painful cramps in her leg foot and thigh. She sometimes wakes up at night crying cause of the pain. We have tried heating pads and such but she says it only makes the pain worse. We have tried warm showers massages with oils … but nothing is helping and she is still in pain….

Does anyone have a good solution to the pain?

You need to ask your doctor before she takes anything with her diabetes, but my husband takes over the counter pills called Leg Cramps with Quinine. We get them at Wal Greens for around $5. He is 70 also and his legs hurt him constantly, but this seems to help.
