It runs in my family. I have insulin resistence and want to prevent gestational diabetes. I’m still early in the pregnancy so I want to take charge of this now.

    My daughter was months pregnant with my daughter was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and hte dr put me to walk at least 30 min day hope this helps.

    Don’t overload on sugars and pastas…..sodas, candy, gatorade…and all that other junk. Eat and drink healthily so you can have a healthy baby with a good immune system. Oh and no coffee/caffeine if you didn’t know that….to much caffeine might make you miscarry especially in the early stages.
